Augmented reality is about to change the way we shop online. I’ve been keeping my eye on what’s happening in regards to the luxury industry, and sadly there’s not a whole lot to report on. This is a technology I expect to see hitting the luxury retail scene at first, but I imagine these are coming even for home use. I can see myself taking advantage of an iPad app that worked in a similar fashion, so expect something within the next couple of years.
