07 Nov The Expedition Yacht With Its Own Helicopter Hangar
For those looking to quit their life and become an international explorer might want to take a peek at the Damen SeaXplorer which is built to lead expeditions to almost anywhere. To me, this is one of the most interesting superyachts of recent because of what it is meant to accomplish and the technology built in. The Damen SeaXplorer can be entirely self-reliant for an entire thirty days, so explore to the furthest reaches of the globe.
While this isn’t the worlds first expedition class superyacht, it has brought forth a design and overall package that I don’t think can be beat at the moment. While we sadly don’t have interior pictures yet superyacht photographer Tom van Oossanen was there to capture these beauties which really showcase what an impressive build this vessel is.
This is the first of many from Damens SeaXplorer lineup that’s in the works and the launch of the 203 foot boat is a great start. This beauty has it all including a helipad, and even heli-storage so you can park it safely during rough weather. I will update this post as soon as I see the interior pictures and hopefully a helicopter parked in there.
