30 Jun RE/MAX Moves Deeper Into The Luxury Market
While we are all familiar with RE/MAX when it comes to real estate they’re not quite know for things in the luxury end of the real estate market. Sure they have some of the top agents in North America, a well it’s not like they’ve never sold a luxury home. The past decade has show the luxury property market hasn’t really slowed down and now they’re making a jump stronger into this area.
While it’s nice to see you can tell they’ve got a little ways to go when it comes to modern web design, especially when wanting to put off a luxury face. At least it’s a step up form their main website which still looks lost in 2002. Hopefully I don’t come off as too mean, so anyone from RE/MAX wanting to kick me in the shins please know I’d be happy to offer (free)suggestions on the house to make up for it. I do however really like the listing pages and the big bright and beautiful images but I guess my question to them is, why a black site?
“Agents with the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation have taken specialized training to ensure they have the knowledge, experience and competence required by affluent buyers and sellers. Many agents who hold the designation are in the top 10% of agents in their local markets. RE/MAX leads the industry in professional designations.”
The listing pages are beautiful though and showoff the luxury homes with large, crisp pictures which is really what’s important here. So far I don’t see any separate social media profiles for this specific project but I would like to think a strategy will come into play there as well.
All in all our team here at Luxury Branded hopes their venture does well and with the RE/MAX team on the helm this will surely become a big player in the luxury market in the coming years ahead. If you’d like to see the new site and perhaps get shopping, you can do so right here www.theremaxcollection.com.
