I saw these come up in our Instagram feed and wasn’t sure if they were a legit offering or not. A quick bit of Googling came up short, and very little to no information about them could be found online which struck me as odd. Being a watch enthusiast, as well as a bit of an AP fan, these little Airpods caught my eye and I thought I’d see who out there knew more about them.

I saw them on Grailed today, a site known for selling authentic luxury goods so I’m inclined to think they are the real deal. They could have very well been created for a special event that only a handful of guests got them which is why no official release seems to be shared anywhere.

The seller Time Traders Inc states they are officially co-branded with Audemars Piguet, and the price of $950 seems to reflect that a bit as that is quite the price for Airpods. This newer online luxury goods dealer mentions on their twitter they have both the orange and silver in stock, but only one of each.
